Summary: We were a group of six young adults staying in the appartment and it was the perfect size for us. The kitchen as well as the whole appartment is well equipped and clean. The location is perfect for discovering Nice: supermarket 5 min walk away, beach 10-15 min, restaurants, bars, shops 10 min. The host was very nice and helpful. The whole appartment itself is a piece of art, detailed and delicately designed. I highly recommend to experience it yourself!

Summary: We spent a few wonderful days in October here. the apartment is a very special and amazing place. It felt like fairyland. We rarely used the very well equipped kitchen, as there are several good restaurants within walking distance. Also only a few minutes away from the apartment is the museum for modern art as well as the oldtown. The sea is reached after a short 15 minutes walk. Our very friendly host also had some good tips to explore the area. All in all a wonderful stay, which was unfortunately only too short (like probably every nice vacation). Thank you very much Jurriaan. We will come back :-)

Summary: Jurriaan is the perfect host with infinite patience. This was proven when our flight was 3.5 hours late. His knowledge of all things useful to the Nice tourist could not be surpassed. Can not recommend this apartment highly enough. Each room is decorated with amazing style and quirkiness. The location is ideal being 10 minutes from the Place Massena. There are bus and tram stops close by. Public transport is cheap and efficient. The ‘Square Head’ is a two minute walk from the apartment. A minute or two later you reach the MAMAC. Staying in Jurriaan’s apartment turned a good holiday into a fantastic one.

Summary: Very good stay. Lots of room for 4 to 6 people, not far from the beach and local shopping. Well localized area, buses near by and most things within walking distance. Located on a somewhat busy street and one of the bedrooms windows open to that street, but with window closed it was fine. If you like to cook you will like the kitchen! All the cooking pans and utensils you need! Cabinet and drawers filled with spices and cooking stuff which was a treat. Beds are lofted so it was hot at night, there are fans on each loft. (No air conditioning so be prepare for that.) The entertainment center and music system was great, even had a library to choose books from. (Lots of little amenities that made it more like home was a big plus! How to improve my stay: I would advise getting window screens on all the windows because the mosquitoes were bad at night if you left the windows open to cool the place down. Could improve on the bedding quality for your guest and could do a deeper clean; I would give you a 3.75 out of 5 on cleanliness; so a fair+ rating on that issue. (To be fair the apartment had cleaning products for me to use, so that was good.) Overall it was a good place to stay and I enjoy the owners professionalism and hospitality. He was a gentleman and great to work with. Doing business with him was a pleasure!
